Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all protective materials intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following items from our collections cannot be returned:

  • Cutlery sets (opened packages)
  • Used bar & cocktail accessories
  • Personalized or monogrammed items

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request (see template below).
  2. Await Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Carefully: Repack items in original packaging with all protective materials.
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to our New York address using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your return request
  3. We will ship the new item once the original is received
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item from our glassware, barware, or dinnerware collections:
