Order Processing

We take 1-2 business days to process your order with the same attention to detail we apply to selecting our fine dinnerware and glassware collections.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two refined shipping options to deliver our curated collections to your doorstep:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS, arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of certain Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

Should any item from our collections not meet your expectations, our refined returns process ensures a seamless experience worthy of our premium tableware.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all protective materials intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened cutlery sets
  • Used bar & cocktail accessories
  • Personalized or monogrammed items

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Await Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Carefully: Repack items in original packaging with all protective materials
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to our New York address using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate your desired replacement item in your return request
  • We will ship the new item once the original is received
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item from our glassware, barware, or dinnerware collections:

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
